Mr. Ray Makasi, MS
Advisory Board Member
Ray Makasi holds an MS in Cybersecurity from Capitol Technology University and is a CISSP. He also serves as Director of Membership Services and Volunteering for Cyversity North Texas, where he leads cross-functional teams at the intersection of cybersecurity and community building. Mr. Makasi is a Security Analyst specializing in helping organizations take ownership of their M365, cloud, and AI risk through identity-driven security.
Mr. Jonathan Gallo, Eng., MA
Advisory Board Member
Jonathan Gallon is a Senior Systems Engineer, where he has spent nearly nine years applying systems engineering discipline to complex aerospace programs. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas, with primary study focused on mechanical systems — a path he chose to broaden his engineering foundation and open doors into management. His career spans systems engineering, project management, and technical operations.
Mr. Nathaniel Mwangi, Eng.
Advisory Board Member
Nathaniel Mwangi is a Senior Application Engineer where he brings over a decade of engineering expertise to the design and deployment of intelligent building systems. His work centers on Wattstopper lighting controls, including Architectural Dimming Systems, Ethernet, BACnet, and Niagara networks, along with customized integration solutions. Nathaniel’s career reflects a steady progression from hands-on technical support to senior engineering leadership.

Founder & Board Chair
Dr. Casper Njuguna serves as Founder and Board Chair of Actualize, providing strategic leadership and vision for the organization’s programs and initiatives. A higher education professional, scholar, and former nonprofit executive, he has extensive experience in leadership development, student success, workforce readiness, and community impact. His career has focused on empowering individuals through education, mentorship, and civic engagement. Under his leadership, Actualize advances innovative programs that develop character-driven leaders, strengthen communities, and expand opportunities for lifelong growth and achievement.
Mrs. Glory Njuguna
Board Member
Glory Njuguna brings experience in leadership, hospitality management, and community engagement to the Actualize Board of Directors. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, she was selected to participate in the prestigious Disney Culinary Program, where she gained hands-on experience in one of the world’s leading hospitality and service excellence environments. Her professional background includes leadership experience with Chick-fil-A, personal chef services, and community volunteer work, reflecting a strong commitment to excellence, service, and personal growth.

Jesse Mwonga is an experienced community leader whose work centers on youth empowerment, economic opportunity, and sustainable community development. As Director of the Legacy Center, he oversees programs that support entrepreneurship, leadership development, and nonprofit initiatives that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for underserved populations. His expertise in community engagement, partnership development, and program leadership provides valuable strategic insight to Actualize as it advances its mission of cultivating transformational leaders and creating lasting social impact.
